Medford police Friday arrested Kennedy on charges of first-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in the jail on $6,000 bail. Drugs — Brent Christopher Espinosa, 25, of the 100 block of Sunrise Avenue, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Espinosa on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in the jail on $20,000 bail. Theft — Dawn Denise McGowan, 47, of the 1700 block of Cottonwood Drive, Central Point. McGowan Friday made her first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on three counts of first-degree theft, two counts of first-degree forgery and three counts of first-degree possession of a forged instrument. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Sherry Lynn Beveridge, 64, of the 15100 block of Hoerster Lane, Rogue River. Beveridge Friday made her first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana and four counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Assault — Phillip Drew Erwin Jr., 37, of the 1600 block of Straford Avenue, Medford. Erwin Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — John James Fowler, 25, of the 1800 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Fowler Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of heroin. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Criminal mischief — Nicalaus Elijah Liles, 20, of the 800 block of Krissy Dee, Medford. Liles Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespass. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Darryl Lynn Ydrogo, 53, no known address. Ydrogo Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 2200 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police Friday took a report of a burglary to a business during which a paperweight and a camera were taken and a roll-up metal door and a window were vandalized. The loss was valued at $6,088.
