She was arrested by Medford police Thursday for failing to appear for aggravated harassment, misdemeanors and a parole violation. Anderson is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail. Criminal mischief — Trinity Jade Fay Boehm, 21, no reported address, Medford. She was arrested by Ashland police Thursday for first-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanors. Boehm was released on her own recognizance. Non-reporting sex offender — Daniel Jacob Clarke, 34, of no reported address, Brookings. He was arrested by Oregon State Police Thursday for failing to appear for failing to report as a sex offender, a misdemeanor and probation violations. Clarke is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $27,500 bail. Contraband — Aurelio Escobar, 26, of Sunnyside, Washington. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday with supplying contraband. Escobar is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $1,257,500 bail, most of which stems from earlier charges. Criminal mischief — Joseph Barnabas Kimmel, 38, no reported address. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary and misdemeanors. Kimmel was released on his own recognizance. Theft of services — Sean Robert Lovewell, 34, of the 2000 block of Rogue River Highway, Gold Hill. He was arrested by Central Point police Thursday for theft of services and a misdemeanor. Lovewell is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail, because of a federal hold. Robbery — Marie Bernadette Mendivil, 42, of the 400 block of East 12th Street, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for third-degree robbery and failing to appear for supplying contraband. Mendivil was released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Bradley Jay Poff, 44, of the 19700 block of 67th Avenue, Tualatin. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, one count each of unlawful possession and delivery of heroin, and one count of unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. Poff is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail, because of a federal hold. Assault on officer — Clayton James Preston, 25,no reported address, Medford. He was arrested by Medford police Wednesday for failing to appear for these charges: for two counts of assault on a peace or public safety officer, one count of aggravated harassment and misdemeanors. Preston was released on his own recognizance. Driving without valid license — Kristopher Allen Pritchett Sr., 39, of the 3600 block of Avenue C, White City. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Thursday for driving with a suspended or revoked license and misdemeanors. Pritchett was released on his own recognizance. Unauthorized motor vehicle use — Jan Leslie Schilder, 63, of the 1300 block of Franklin Court, Medford. She was arrested by Medford police Thursday for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Schilder was released on her own recognizance. Burglary — Dylan Tufts, 27, no reported address. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Thursday for attempted first-degree burglary. Tufts is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $12,500 bail. Possessing stolen vehicle — Ashley Thomas Whitley, 45, no reported address, Rogue River. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Wednesday for possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Whitley was released on his own recognizance. Arson — David Owen Worley, 43, of the 1100 block of North Fifth Street, Central Point. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for second-degree arson. Worley is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $7,500 bail.
