Thursday, 11:46 a.m. — Ashland police responded to an alleged theft of mail report in the 400 block of Normal Avenue. Thursday, 12:13 p.m. — Ashland police arrested a man on a warrant in the 100 block of Lithia Way. Thursday, 2:27 p.m. — Ashland police took a fraud report in the 800 block of Clay Street. A woman allegedly claimed that her husband’s identity was stolen and used to open a Verizon account. Thursday, 4:55 p.m. — Ashland police took a report of a runaway juvenile in the 200 block of Water Street.
