Fatal crash causes delays south of Rogue River Sep 08, 2014 12:00 AM A A A fatal crash involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 5 south of Rogue River is tying up southbound traffic on the freeway, Oregon State Police report. One lane is blocked, causing congestion and delays, officials said. A crash reconstruction team has been called to the scene. Officials advise drivers heading south through that area to consider using Highway 99. Northbound traffic isn't affected. OSP plans to release details later.
