Oregon State Police troopers arrested Cruise Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin and manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on more than $1 million bail. Drugs — Joshua Ray Dyck, 25, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Dyck Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin, manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor counts of felon in possession of a weapon, providing false information to police and failing to display a drivers license, on a warrant charging failure to appear on a previous third-degree theft charge and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Sexual Abuse — Brandon Armstrong Friend, 28, of the 3900 block of Piedmont Terrace, Medford. Medford police arrested Friend Wednesday on two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail. Drugs — Kacey Allen Smith, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Court Appearance — Sandra Eve Moore, 40, of the 1100 block of East 11th Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Moore made her initial court appearance on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her on recognizance. Drugs — Alex Kool Harrington, 33, of the 400 block of Elm Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Harrington Wednesday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession and on a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $25.000 bail. Court Appearance — Brandie Lynn Smith, 28, of the 300 block of Bradley Way, Eagle Point. On Wednesday, Smith made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of hydrocodone possession, and on misdemeanor charges of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, second- and third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Lawrence Williams Hunsaker, 47, of the 500 block of Main Street, Butte Falls. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hunsaker Wednesday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Heidi Leigh Urban, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Urban Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempting to elude police in a vehicle. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Identity Theft — Brittney Lynn Jones, 20, no known address. Eagle Point police arrested Jones Wednesday on three felony counts of identity theft and three misdemeanor warrants charging third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism at 8:05 a.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Hawthorne Street. A tempered glass window and a camera were reported damaged. The damage was valued at $1,200. Burglary — Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of South Ivy Street. Items reported stolen included a new white iPad Pro in box, a white iPad in a purple case, a tan leather purse and three sets of keys including one to open a bank branch and another with a sobriety key chain and vehicle keys. The loss was valued at $1,615. Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of Roxy Ann Road. Items reported stolen included a Stihl chainsaw and a red Honda water pump. The loss was valued at $1,000.
