A Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team agent Wednesday arrested St. Clair on charges of delivering marijuana, possession of marijuana, conspiracy to deliver marijuana and carrying a concealed firearm. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $110,000 bail. Theft, drugs — Jeremiah Duane Richards, 19, of the 200 block of Jeanette Avenue, Medford. Richards appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft, possession of amphetamines and probation violations. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $150,000 bail. Burglary — Robert Eugene David Herring, 19, of the first block of Bigham-Brown Road, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Herring on charges of first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree criminal mistreatment. He was lodged in jail and later released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 8000 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a residence and stole items valued at $800. Burglary — 500 block of Crescent Drive, Eagle Point. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a residence and stole a gun and other items valued at $4,000.
