Medford police arrested Barnett Thursday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, strangulation, menacing and parole violation. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail without bail. Sex offender — Sean Robert Bence, 29, of the 100 block of East 11th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Bence Thursday on charges of failure to register his address as a sex offender and parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Assault — Brandon Lee Burkett, 28, of the 2400 block of Sandra Place, Medford. Medford police arrested Burkett Thursday on charges of third-degree assault and parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Eluding — Raymond Burton McIntyre, 31, of the 900 block of Highway 227, Trail. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested McIntyre Thursday on charges of attempting to elude police on foot and in a vehicle and failure to comply on various traffic offenses. He remained in jail Thursday night on $21,800 bail. Mistreatment — Terry Wayne Crawford, 45, of the 300 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Crawford Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $9,000 bail. Assault — Stephen Shawn Schueler, 29, of the 3000 block of Wards Creek Road, Rogue River. Schueler appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on two counts of assault and a harassment charge. He was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Drugs — Eric Andrew Mosser, 19, of Gresham. Mosser appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with possession of hallucinogenic drugs and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into jail and released. Theft — Barbara Diane Tollefson, 62, of the 2300 block of Amaryllis Street, Medford. Tollefson appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging her with six counts of aggravated first-degree theft and a racketeering charge. She was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 7600 block of Garrison Avenue, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Thursday of a theft of a gray 1990 four-door Honda with Oregon license plate ZQE 261. Theft — 6600 block of Ponderosa Street, Central Point. A sheriff’s deputy took a report Thursday of a theft of a 9 mm Ruger pistol.
