State insurance fund issues dividends to employers Nov 04, 2014 12:00 AM A A State Accident Insurance Fund clients in Jackson County received a dividend of more than $7.7 million this year, averaging $3,074 per business. Some 2,514 Jackson County employers received a total of $7,727,897. That excluded Southern Oregon University, whose dividend was included in the Oregon University System's check. A total $165 million was returned to more than 44,000 Oregon employers in mid-October.
