Emergency services, Nov. 6 By Mail Tribune staff Updated: Nov 05, 2022 02:15 PM A A Felony arrests Criminal trespass — Michael David Cisneros, 34, of the 700 block of East Main Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cisneros Thursday on a charge of first-degree criminal trespass, as well as failure to appear in court on third-degree robbery, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. Cisneros was lodged into Jackson County Jail without bail. Felony firearm — Saul Gutierrez, 35, no known address. Police arrested Gutierrez Oct. 20 on charges of unlawful possession of heroin, driving under the influence, reckless driving and reckless endangering. Gutierrez was charged Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm. Gutierrez was lodged into jail on $100,000 bail. Vehicle theft — Leonard Wayne Kirklin, 57, of the 900 block of Beall Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Kirklin Friday on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a schedule II controlled substance felony. Kirklin was lodged into jail without bail.
