Dividends Boise Cascade: 15 cents BOISE, Idaho -- Boise Cascade Corp., which trades on the New York Stock Exchange as BCC, will pay a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per common share, the company announced. The dividend will be paid April 15 to shareholders of record on April 1. A semiannual dividend of $1.66 per share of Series D preferred stock was also announced. It will be paid June 28 to shareholders of record on June 14. MDU Resources: 20 cents BISMARCK, N.D. -- MDU Resources Group Inc., the parent company for Central Point-based LTM Inc., will pay a quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share, the company announced. The company, which trades as MDU on the New York Stock Exchange, also declared dividends of $1.12 per share for 4.5 percent series preferred stock, $1.17 per share for 4.7 percent series preferred stock, and $1.27 per share for 5.1 percent series preferred stock. The dividends are payable April 1 to stockholders of record on March 11. Avista Corp.: 12 cents SPOKANE, Wash. -- Avista Corp. shareholders will get a quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share on common stock, the company announced. The dividend on preferred stock is $1.74 for Series K stock. For Series L stock, the dividend is $3.10 per share; depository shares or return-enhanced convertible securities (RECONS) will pay 31-cent dividends. Avista Corp., the parent company of Avista Utilities, trades on the New York Stock Exchange as AVA. The dividends are payable on March 15 to shareholders of record on Feb. 23.
