Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Kensinger Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and for violating his parole on a previous meth possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Trever Gordon Nugent, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Nugent Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous meth possession conviction. He remained lodged in the jail Wednesday without bail. Assault — William Anthony Pray, 38, of the 100 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Pray Tuesday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation and failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, and on misdemeanor charges of harassment and fourth-degree assault. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Daniel Collin Horton, 35, of the 1300 block of Talent Avenue, Talent. On Wednesday, Horton appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft and on an out-of-county warrant for possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Linda Charlette Salenz, 21, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Saenz made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Thomas Michael Baugh, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Baugh Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous second-degree burglary conviction. Drugs — Donald Franklin Thomas III, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Aaron Tommy Perry, 29, of the 600 block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Perry Wednesday on a felony charge of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, and possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on more than $1 million bail. Mail Theft — Joseph Duke Layman, 50, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Layman Wednesday on felony charges of mail theft and possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of identity theft, second- and third-degree theft, driving while suspended and attempted first-degree theft, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of second-degree theft and driving while suspended convictions. Medford police arrested Conner Wednesday on felony warrants charging him with possessing cocaine and methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail. Robbery —Frank William Foremski, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Foremski Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree theft, and conspiring to commit the crimes of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and aggravated first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $275,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen chainsaw at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $1,000. Theft — 4000 block of Hathaway Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:47 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included an Alpine car stereo, 12-inch JL subwoofers and a car battery. The loss was valued at $1,600. Theft — 1400 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included guns, a Gloomis fishing rod, a DeWalt saw, Beats headphones, DeWalt grinder, two flashlights and Rhino GPS chargers. The loss and damage to the diamond-plate toolbox was valued at $1,859.
