The Comets’ 56 points beat out Ashland, which finished second at 69. Grants Pass grabbed third with 77 points. Klamath Union’s Kevin Pellegrino took the individual title with a time of 16 minute, 12.63 seconds. In girls, North Medford had four top-10 finishers, led by runner-up Danielle Jordan (19:27.80), en route to second place as a team. Advertisement Katie Leary’s winning time of 18:56.50 helped the Pelicans to a victory.
