A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Brown on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and first-degree forgery. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday in lieu of $45,000 bail. Drugs — Kimberly Ann McNichols, 27, no known address. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested McNichols on two counts of possession of methamphetamine and providing false information to police in a criminal investigation. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Saturday in lieu of $35,000 bail. Vehicle theft — Jose Nicolas Cortes-Cortes, 19, no known address. A Medford police officer Saturday arrested Cortes-Cortes on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, failure to perform duties of a driver to injured persons and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday in lieu of $13,000 bail. Burglary — Jose Frederico Fletes, 23, no known address. A Phoenix police officer Saturday arrested Fletes on charges of first-degree burglary, harassment, interfering with a police report and four counts of failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday in lieu of $33,000 bail.
