Medford police Monday arrested Wipf on charges of first-degree sodomy and first-degree rape. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $3 million bail. Drugs — Cody William Maudlin, 19, of the 500 block of Park Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Mauldin on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was later released on his own recognizance because of overcrowding. Theft — Robert Michael Hope, Jr., 27, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Hope on charges of possession of amphetamines and first-degree theft, as well as for allegedly violating his probation from a previous drug arrest. He was lodged Monday at the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $33,000 bail. Vehicle theft — John Luis Clark, 29, no address available. Phoenix police Monday arrested Clark on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal trespass. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $13,000 bail.
