Emergency services, Oct. 12 Wednesday Oct 12, 2016 at 12:06 AM Felony arrests Sexual Abuse — Cody Dwaine Rollins, 37, of the 600 lock of Fifth Avenue, Gold Hill. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Rollins Tuesday on three additional felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Rollins Sept. 29 on two previous felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $900,000 bail. Drugs — Tonia Louise Toombs, 33, of the 6200 block of Kentucky Drive, Gold Hill. Medford police arrested Toombs Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on warrants for failing to appear on charges of meth possession and second-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $80,000 bail. Drugs — Christian Joseph Raymond Fort, 26, of the 400 block of Phyllis Drive, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Fort Tuesday on a felony charge of heroin possession, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous first-degree burglary charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Eric Martin Siebold, 25, of the 400 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Siebold Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of trespassing and third-degree theft, and for violating his parole on a previous meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Court Appearance — Barbara Elizabeth Bain, 57, no known address. On Tuesday, Bain made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, and on misdemeanor charges of menacing, interfering with police and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Kaitlyn Marie Shaw, 23, of the 2900 block of Juanipero Way, Medford. On Tuesday, Shaw made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of cocaine possession. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released on her own recognizance.   Crime report Theft — 800 block of Vick Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 9:59 p.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a Bosch rotary hammer, Makita drill, DeWalt socket and drill set, Semco stapler, Semco finish nailer, Semco crown stapler, Hitachi stapler and Craftsman 40-piece drill bit set. The loss was valued at $1,720.
