Medford police arrested Sohnrey Saturday for failure to register as a sex offender and on a parole violation for first-degree attempted sexual penetration. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Jeania Lea Altman, 25, 1100 block of Skeeters Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Altman Sunday on an outstanding warrant for manufacture, delivery and possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Drugs — Matthew Charles O’Dell, 28, 700 block Cherry St., Central Point. Medford police arrested O’Dell Sunday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Felon — Shawn Nicholas Smith, 27, 800 block Swing Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Smith Sunday on an outstanding warrant for being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Ida Levelle Spallino, 28, 7000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Spallino Sunday as a California fugitive facing a drug charge. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Ronald Allen Aggas, 38, 7000 block of Rogue River Highway, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Aggas Sunday as a California fugitive facing a drug charge and for being a felon in possession of weapon. He was lodged without bail in the Jackson County Jail. Advertisement Crime reports Dirt bikes stolen — Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the Sunday report of the theft of dirt bikes valued at $3,600. The bikes were reported stolen from the 3700 block of Coleman Creek Road, Phoenix, at 11:51 a.m. Emergency services Drowning — Few details were available about the apparent drowning Saturday of a man in the 2400 block of East McAndrews Road, Medford. The incident was reported at 10:36 p.m., Jackson County Sheriff’s Department records showed. No identity or other information was available by press time.
