Emergency services, March 18 Mar 18, 2015 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Theft — Russell James Thurnbauer, 24, of the 1700 block of Hybiscus Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Thurnbauer on four counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Assault — Richard William Reames, 43, of the first block of Vashti Way, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Reames on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, harassment, menacing and violation of a no-contact order. He was lodged in the jail on $21,000 bail. Assault — Joshua Richard Cliff, 24, of the 1200 block of Cherry Street, Central Point. Central Point police Tuesday arrested Cliff on a charge of third-degree assault. He was lodged in the jail on $25,000 bail. Felony DUII — Loria Elease Charlton, 52, no known address. Charlton Tuesday made her first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of felony DUII, driving while suspended and reckless driving. She was lodged in the jail without bail.
