Medford police arrested Fetty Monday on felony charges of first- and second-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail. Robbery — Joshua James Lang, 36, of the 300 block of Snowy Butte Lane, Central Point. On Tuesday, Lang made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and new misdemeanor charges of second- and third-degree theft. Central Point police originally arrested Lang Monday on California felony fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Tuesday without bail. Burglary — Dustin Alan Pair, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Pair Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Nicholas Michael Stanley, 33, of the 500 block of Palm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Stanley Tuesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with police and obstructing government or judicial administration. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday after posting bond.
