Medford police added a charge of attempted first-degree theft to theft and fraud charges on which Studebaker was previously lodged. He remained in the Jackson County Jail Monday without bail. Drugs — Lindsey Marie Walt, 30, no address listed. Walt was booked into jail Monday after appearing in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was later released on bail. Assault --Roy Vernon Eutsey, 49, no address listed. Medford police arrested Eutsey Monday on a warrant charging him with third- and fourth-degree assault, and failure to appear on driving under the influence and probation violation charges. Burglary — Ernest Eugene Jackson, 18, of Compton, Calif. Medford police arrested Jackson Monday on charges of attempted second-degree burglary, possession of a concealed knife, second-degree criminal mischief and two counts of second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Monday night. Warrant — Scott Gerald Farrimond, 42, of Sandy, Utah. Medford police arrested Farrimond Monday on warrants charging him with possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft, four counts of negotiating bad checks, and probation violations.
