A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Parker on charges of first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault, menacing, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $35,000 bail. Drugs — Cindy Lynn Johnson-Yepp, 36, of the 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Johnson-Yepp appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Identity theft — Cara Kay Kelley, 41, of the 500 block of Arbor Drive, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Kelley on a charge of identity theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $5,000 bail. Identity theft — Carrie Ann Foley, 24, of the 800 block of Pine Street, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Foley on two counts of identity theft. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Identity theft — Chester Edwin Isom, 50, no known address. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Isom on warrants charging him with identity theft and computer crime. He was lodged in jail, then released late Wednesday because of overcrowding in the jail. Crime reports Vandalism — Mount Ashland Ski Road. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Wednesday of vandalism to a radar site. Damages were estimated at $1,500. Advertisement Burglary — 1700 block of Antelope Road, White City. A sheriff’s deputy took a report Wednesday of a commercial burglary. Burglary — 1400 block of East Gregory Road, White City. A sheriff’s deputy took a report Wednesday of a burglary to an office of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. Damages were estimated at $1,000. Fire call Structure fire — 6300 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Central Point. Three storage sheds were damaged Wednesday when a fire broke out inside one of them just before 7 p.m. Flames spread to an adjacent grassy area, and also damaged a car and a U-Haul trailer, Jackson County Fire District No. 3 Capt. Rich Torres said. The cause of the fire was under investigation late Wednesday. No damage estimate was available. Miscellaneous Emergency foster care — The Jackson County Child Welfare Department of the Department of Human Services reports that 33 children were placed in foster care in June, with nine of those placed with relatives. In July, 21 children were placed in foster care, with five of those placed with relatives.
