[Photo courtesy Medford Police Department] Medford police are asking the public to stay away from the area of Lars Way and Brian Way in northwest Medford as they search for a suspect believed to be armed and dangerous. Police ask residents in the area to stay inside. There is a heavy police presence in the area, Medford police said Thursday morning. Police said they would provide updates about the evolving situation as they become available.
