The 56-minute film and virtual reality experience explores anxiety, its causes, effects and what society can do about it. Lecture: Jackson County Genealogy Library cemetery committee volunteers Roger Roberts and Chuck Eccleston will give a presentation "Forgotten Cemeteries and Unmarked Graves," from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the Jackson County Genealogy Library, 3405 S. Pacific Highway, Medford. Learn about newly discovered cemeteries and burial sites throughout Jackson county and the efforts being undertaken to add these discoveries to the library's database. Mandy Harvey: This amazing blues, jazz and pop singer completely lost her hearing at age 18 while studying voice at Colorado State University. Later, she began performing regularly and recorded her debut album, "Smile." In 2017, she won fourth place on "America's Got Talent," season 12. She's performed at the Kennedy Center, and she is an ambassador for the nonprofit No Barriers that assists those with disabilities overcome obstacles. Harbey uses "visual tuners" to help her find pitches. Harvey will perform at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20, at the Craterian Theater, 23 S. Wednesday, Feb. 21 Eclipse Film Presntation:The Heartisan Film Documentary “Hibal Up” featuring the North Medford High School Total Solar Eclipse High Altitude Balloon Team, sponsored by Montana State University and NASA will be shown at 7 p.m. Wednsday, Feb. 21, in the Lynn Sjolund autiorium on the North Medfrod HIgh School campus, 1900 N. Keene Way Drive, Medford. Following the film there will be a question and answer time with the filmmakers and eclipse team. Additionally, NASA Ames Areospace Engineer, Roberto Cailino, will give a talk, "Kepler and TESS—Unlocking the Secrets of Nearby Exoplanets." Admission is free.
