Felony arrests Drugs — Charles Eric Jackson, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Jackson Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of third-degree escape, resisting arrest, interfering with police, third-degree theft, second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree trespassing and for violating his parole on a prior meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Ryan Clarke Lawrence, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Lawrence Monday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior heroin-possession conviction. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday. Drugs — Sabrina Morgan Tyler, 21, of the 900 block of Summit Avenue, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of fourth-degree assault, second-degree disorderly conduct, possessing methamphetamine and third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Burglary — Kassandra Edna June Downing, 27, no known address. Ashland police arrested Downing Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of theft of services and second-degree trespassing. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Martin Kane Brown, 29, of the 200 block of West D Street, Jacksonville. On Tuesday, Brown made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing heroin. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Sex Offender — James Lee Goodell, 46, of the 2000 block of Manchester Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Goodell Tuesday on felony counts of failing to register his address as a sex offender and failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous heroin-possession charge. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Abdul Hackim III, 35, of the 200 block of East Oak Street, Jacksonville. On Tuesday, Hackim made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Theft — Shaun Allen Jolliffe, 28, of the first block of Chestnut Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Jolliffe made his initial court appearance on two felony counts of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Theft — Brittany Marie Rider, 25, of the first block of Chestnut Street, Medford. On Tuesday, Rider made her initial court appearance on two felony counts of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Thomas Lee Dargie, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Dargie Tuesday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing and delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and possessing meth and heroin. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on more than $1 million bail. Crime reports Theft — 300 block of Bessie Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 5:51 a.m. Monday. Multiple Coleman mini bikes were reported stolen. The loss and damage to a backyard fence was valued at $1,500. Theft — 1000 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 9:3 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included 10,000 pounds of scrap metal, several aluminum wheels and several radiators with pink spray paint on them. The loss was valued at $4,400. Vandalism — Calle Vista and Lone Oak drives, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a street light control box at 9:53 a.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $7,775. Vandalism — King Street and Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a stop sign at 10:37 a.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $100. Vandalism — Kings Highway and Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a utility pole and box at 10:45 a.m. Monday. The damage was valued at $200. Theft — 5600 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:49 a.m. Monday. An Alpine car stereo and a car battery were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $400. Theft — 700 block of Highland Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of sunglasses stolen from a vehicle at 1:21 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $15. Theft — 1700 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen BB gun at 1:32 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $200. Theft — 2000 block of Crestbrook Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Stihl chainsaw at 7:52 p.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $500. Theft — 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of roughly 50 gallons of fuel stolen from a vehicle at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $50. Lost Property — 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a lost wallet containing a green card at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $200. Theft — 2900 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism at 9:38 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included three fishing poles, two reels and a tackle box. The loss and damage to a fence was valued at $470.
