Emergency services, April 18 By Mail Tribune staff Apr 18, 2021 08:00 AM A A Felony arrests Vehicle Theft — Lucas Ivens Carstens, 26, of the 1200 block of Winington Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Carstens Friday on a felony warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree theft and on a felony fugitive warrant out of California. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Assault — Terry Lynn Norton, 58, of the 600 block of Cedar Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Norton Friday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domesic violence, and on misdemeanor counts of menacing and harassment. He was held in jail Saturday on $22,500 bail. Drugs — Benito Quinonez-Aispuro, 49, of the 8200 block of 23rd Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Quinonez-Aispuro Saturday on felony warrants charging him with delivering and possessing heroin, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior second-degree theft charge. He was held in jail Saturday on $25,000 bail.
