Emergency services, Nov. 17 By Mail Tribune staff Nov 17, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Coercion — Christopher Walter Annen, 51, of the 1100 block of Tolman Creek Road, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Annen Tuesday on a charge of coercion. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Mary Jane Elizabeth Feetham, 36, of the 300 block of Yewwood drive, Shady Cove. Medford police arrested Feetham Tuesday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle and first-degree theft. She was booked in jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Marijuana — Nick Michael Kerby, 36, of the 1600 block of Laurel Road, Cave Junction. Oregon State Police arrested Kerby on charges of felony unlawful manufacture and delivery of a marijuana item, felony import or export of a marijuana item and felony unlawful possession of a marijuana item. He was booked in jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Assault — Marshall Buck Paccassi, 38, of the 8000 block of Highway 238, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Paccassi Tuesday on charges of second-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held in jail Wednesday.
