The art walk is held from 5 to 8 p.m. the first Friday of every month. Pick up a gallery tour map at any of the listed galleries, the Ashland Chamber of Commerce or download one from www.ashlandgalleries.com . Art by Rogue Women ranges from paintings and mosaics to collages, prints, photographs and more. The participating artists are Julie Young, Veronica Thomas, Karen Rycheck, Judy Richardson, Melinda Whipplesmith Plank, Barbara Orson, Kara Quinn Lewis, Pamela Haunschild, Lori Garfield, Dana Geatin and Claire Duncan. Also look for Julie Bonney's black-and-white photography at The Photographers' Gallery. Bonney departs from her usual color photography to explore the world of black and white, finding the play of light, shapes and textures in flowers and simple landscapes. "Love is in the Air," at Ashland Artworks, features a variety of heart-shaped art. Find items by clay artist Cheryl Kempner and jewelry by four artists. Ashland artist Betty LaDuke will launch her new book, "Bountiful Harvest: From Land to Table," featuring stories about Southern Oregon's growers, along with her murals, paintings and prints at Hanson Howard Gallery.
