Emergency services, Jan. 25 Wednesday Jan 25, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Courtney Tamone Lamar Abney, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Abney Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Lucien Dale Allen, 38, no known address. Ashland police arrested Allen Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous telephonic harassment charge. He was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding. Vehicle Theft — Savannah Sinclaire Valenzuela, 21, of the 5700 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Valenzuela Monday on felony charges of possessing a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor reckless driving charge. She remained lodged in jail Tuesday on $35,000 bail. Drugs — Daniel Dewayne Plaza, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Plaza Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a felony warrant for possessing meth, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police, a misdemeanor warrant charging third-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, unauthorized use of a weapon, menacing and second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Peter Anthony Confer, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Confer Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest, and for violating his parole on a previous fourth-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released. Mail Theft — Amber Dawne Russell, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Russell Tuesday on four felony counts of mail theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first- and second-degree theft and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday.   Crime reports Theft — 1400 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 7:50 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included a worm drive saw, an air compressor, batteries for Makita tools, a hammer drill, an impact drill and a grinder. The loss and damage to the vehicle was valued at $2,365. Theft — 600 block of Garfield Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:36 p.m. Monday. Miscellaneous ladders and tools were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $5,000. Theft — 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included assorted knives and firearm accessories. The loss was valued at $1,250.
