Now she is an excellent weather reporter for local TV. Is she no longer pursuing an acting career? Is it temporarirly on hold? What can you tell us about this attractive, ambitious young lady? — Ramona E., Medford How come nobody ever wants to know about the attractive, talented people at Since You Asked World Headquarters? Anyway, Ramona, we’re not here to whine, or to say, "Hey, look at me." We’re here to answer the tough questions. Weather anchor for KTVL-TV, Ch. 10, Tricia Leines is a native of the Rogue Valley who graduated from North Medford High School. She went on to earn a degrees in music from the University of Redlands and from the Manhattan School of Music. Advertisement Tricia has appeared in leading roles with the Rogue Opera, IM Productions and Rogue Music Theater, as well as a featured soloist with companies in New York, Japan, Austria and England. In February, Leines will be performing in Gilbert and Sullivan’s "Trial by Jury" with the Rogue Valley Opera. With a four-year-old son and relatives living in the area, Leines said she got the big city out of her system. "I’m not going to go anywhere," she said. "I love living in the Rogue Valley and Southern Oregon."
