Felony arrests Assault — Kenneth John Prince, 60, no known address. Medford police arrested Prince Wednesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault, and on misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Robbery — Christian Harrison James, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested James Wednesday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was additionally charged Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two felony counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and an additional misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief. James remained lodged in jail Thursday on $27,500 bail. Drugs — Nina Marie Marlow, 46, of the 700 block of Ross Lane North, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Marlow Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, and manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine. She remained lodged in jail Thursday on $500,000 bail. Drugs — Javier Virgen, 23, of the 3900 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Virgen Wednesday on felony charges of delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, delivering methamphetamine and delivering and possessing heroin. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $500,000 bail. Strangulation — Lars Erik Emanuelsson, 30, of the 500 block of Clay Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Emanuelsson Thursday on felony charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault consisting of domestic violence. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Theft — Britt Nicole Turner, 33, of the 800 block of South Haskell Street, Central Point. On Thursday, Turner made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance. Robbery — Aaron Michael Brown, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Brown Thursday on three felony counts of second-degree robbery and for violating his parole on a prior vehicle theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Crime reports Theft — Middleford Alley and North Bartlett Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen rocking chair at 8:27 a.m. Wednesday. The loss was valued at $50. Vandalism — 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported damaged included a paint bucket, tarps, clothing, garden tools and trash cans. The damage was valued at $100. Theft — East Fifth and North Bartlett streets, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a Samsung Galaxy Tab Android tablet, black LG K8 smartphone, blue and gray backpack, black tactical belt, small multi-tool and a black wallet containing a VA identity card. The loss was valued at $460. Vandalism — 1800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of an attempted theft of fuel from a vehicle at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday. Theft — 2300 block of West Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a denim bag containing womens clothing, a Cricket Wireless phone, mini jumper box and a brown leather purse containing blood pressure medication and six 10-milligram Norco pills. The loss was valued at $479. Vandalism — 1100 block of Biddle Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism at 1:23 a.m. Thursday. The damage to front entry door glass was valued at $600. Theft — 1400 block of Elaine Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:09 a.m. Thursday. Two USB cables were reported stolen. The loss and damage to a fence lock was valued at $53. Burglary — 1400 block of Elaine Way, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 8:24 a.m. Thursday. Items reported stolen included a cordless Porter-Cable drill with batteries and charger, and a bag containing drill bits and socket sets. The loss was valued at $200. Theft — 1700 block of Dove Lane, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 9:38 a.m. Thursday. A subwoofer speaker valued at $150 was reported stolen. Theft — 3600 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Dell XPS laptop and an iPad at 3:23 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $2,370.
