Mark Thayer Peterson Comment MailTribune.com Writer Posted Aug. 30, 2015 at 2:00 AM Posted Aug. 30, 2015 at 2:00 AM » Social News Mark Thayer Peterson January 7, 1977 - August 23, 2015 Mark Thayer Peterson, loving son, husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend went to be with our Lord Sunday, August 23, 2015. Mark was born January 7, 1977 in Medford, Ore. but he grew up on a farm in Weiser, Idaho and graduated from Weiser High School in 1995. Upon returning to Medford in 1999 Mark met and married the love of his life, Lori. He was an amazing step-father to Cody and a wonderful father to Rylan. Mark loved the outdoors and anything it offered; especially fishing, camping, and golf. But, Mark’s second loves in life were bowling and softball. He met many friends, made many memories, and touched many lives in his time spent at the lanes and on the field. Never short for words, Mark loved to remind us all to “keep the faith." He is survived by his wife, Lori; sons, Cody and Rylan of Phoenix, Ore.; father, Boyd Peterson and Rhonda Johnston of Weiser, Idaho. Mother, Beverly and Steve Fry of White City, Ore. As well as brothers, sisters, family, and friends from all corners of his life. Until we meet again; we love you Mark. Services will be held at Lighthouse Family Worship Center, 3500 Arrowhead Dr. in Medford, Ore., Tuesday, September 1 at 11:00 a.m .
