Emergency services, Dec. 14 Wednesday Dec 14, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Assault — Felipe C. Villalba, 18, of the 200 block of Oak Crest Way, Medford. Talent police arrested Villalba Tuesday on additional felony charges of first-degree assault, attempted first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Villalba Thursday on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday on more than $1 million bail. Vehicle Theft — Jordan Dale Silva, 23, of the 1500 block of Hollyhock Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Silva Tuesday on an additional felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Medford police originally arrested Silva Saturday on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He remained lodged in the jail Tuesday on $32,500 bail. Drugs — Stephen Shaw Scates, 50, of the 1000 block of Crimson Court, Talent. Medford police arrested Scates Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and carrying a concealed knife, and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He remained lodged in the jail Tuesday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Danee Patricia Donna Conken, 25, of the 1400 block of Prune Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Conken Tuesday on felony charges of possessing a stolen vehicle and possessing heroin, misdemeanor charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon and carrying a concealed knife, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on out-of-county warrants for identity theft and possessing meth, heroin and oxycodone and hydrocodone and second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Tuesday on $95,500 bail. Vehicle Theft — Jonathan Taylor Arce, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Arce Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing a stolen vehicle and for violating his probation on a previous methamphetamine possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $7,500 bail. Assault — William Lester Haines, 46, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Haines Tuesday on two felony counts of fourth-degree assault and a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, felony warrants charging Haines with fourth-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor charges of violating a no-contact order and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous contempt charge. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $175,000 bail. Mistreatment — Linda Jean Hawkins, 44, of the 400 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Hawkins Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — William Robert Moore, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Moore Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous conviction for distributing meth. He was lodged jail Tuesday without bail. Robbery — Deray Isaiah Willis, 30, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Willis Tuesday on felony warrants charging him with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, distributing heroin, conspiracy distribute heroin and conspiring to use a firearm. He was lodged in the jail Tuesday on $1 million bail.   Crime report Theft — 1200 block of Court Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of four fraudulently written checks passed at 9:22 a.m. Monday. The loss was valued at $15,194.
