Medford police arrested Olmstead Friday on felony charges of distributing, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine, and on an out-of-county warrant for violating his parole on a previous second-degree robbery conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail. Drug Distribution — Abelardo Ramos-Gonzalez, 34, of Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Ramos-Gonzalez Friday on felony charges of distributing, manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail Friday on more than $1 million bail. Drug Possession — Tyler Christopher Bacon, 24, of the 1200 block of Southeast Vista Drive, Grants Pass. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Bacon Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous first-degree theft conviction. Vehicle Theft — Andrew James Murdoch, 65, no known address. Ashland police arrested Murdoch Saturday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drug Possession — Shannara Kaitlyn Ibsen, 24, of the 200 block of Elm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ibsen Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and for violating her parole on an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drug Possession — Kaycee Ann Lane, 41, of the 200 block of Effie Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lane Saturday on a felony charge of heroin possession, a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, methamphetamine possession, first- and third-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drug Possession — Anthony James Winsbury, 29, of the first block of North Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Winsbury Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and for violating his parole on a previous driving while suspended conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Assault — Tyler James Winter, 22, no known address. Talent police arrested Winter Saturday on two felony counts of fourth-degree assault witnessed by a minor, felony charges of strangulation and coercion, and two misdemeanor counts of harassment. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $35,000 bail.
