Grimm Tuesday made his initial court appearance on felony charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of heroin, and possession, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine. He was lodged Tuesday in the Jackson County Jail and held on $500,000 bail. Drugs — Dennis George Lagorio, 39, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Lagorio on a felony charge of oxycodone possession and a failure to appear warrant. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — William Joseph Paris Shepard, 27, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Shepard on a felony charge of heroin possession, and parole violation on a third-degree rape charge. He was lodged Tuesday in the jail and held without bail. Drugs — Stephen Shaw Scates, 49, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Scates on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and parole violation on a first-degree burglary charge. He was lodged Tuesday in the jail and held without bail. Drugs — Curtis Lee Hollins, 60, of the 1800 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police Tuesday arrested Hollins on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and parole violation on a methamphetamine distribution charge. He was lodged Tuesday in the jail and held without bail. Court Appearance — Jerry Steven Tonini, Jr., 43, of the 200 block of Berrydale Ave., Medford. Tonini made his first court appearance Tuesday on four felony charges of first-degree theft. He was book in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Amanda Lynn Sweet, 28, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Sweet on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was lodged Tuesday in jail and held without bail. Sex Offender — James William Wood, 30, no known address. Medford police Tuesday arrested Wood on a felony charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Tuesday in jail and held on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 11:34 a.m. Monday in the 1100 block of North Riverside Avenue. An Apple MacBook Pro laptop was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $2,500.
