Turkeys needed for Salvation Army giveaway Sunday Nov 19, 2017 at 12:01 AM The Salvation Army Medford Citadel Corps will hold its annual Turkey Giveaway at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the army's Thrift store/Social Services location, 922 N. Central Ave., Medford. Turkeys will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The army plans to give out over 400 turkeys provided by Les Schwab, Rebelle Homes and others. The army is still in need to donations of turkeys in order to meet its goal. Turkeys can be donated at the Social Service office. Organizations interested in providing a significant number of turkeys may contact Maj. Jason Koenig at 541-773-6965, ext. 101.
