Medford police arrested Ragsdale on charges of possessing amphetamines, resisting arrest and violating his parole. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Driving under the influence — Robert Allen Fullmer, 47, of the 200 block of North Ivy Street, Medford. Fullmer appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into jail and released. Burglary — Gabriel Wilson Harrington, 22, of the 2200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Harrington appeared in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 900 block of Golf View Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft of $2,500 worth of jewelry, including diamond earrings and pearl earrings. Vehicle theft — 14400 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report of a theft of a gold 1987 Jeep Cherokee with Oregon license plate SLG 028. The vehicle was taken from Flying Eagle Market and Video.
