Update: The Oregon Department of Transportation reopened the slow lane at milepost 31 as of 7:45 p.m. A two vehicle crash just outside Medford caused traffic delays on northbound Interstate 5. The rollover crash closed the slow lane just past the north Medford exit at milepost 31, according to earlier ODOT reports. The crash was first reported at 6:46 p.m., according to Emergency Communications of Southern Oregon, drawing Oregon State Police and ODOT to the scene.
