Medford police Friday arrested Schauffler on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of morphine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Saturday on $15,000 bail. Assault — Aaron Dean Hamilton, 24, of the first block of Dion Court, Shady Cove. Shady Cove police Saturday arrested Hamilton on charges of fourth-degree felony assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail and released after posting bail. Drugs — Amy Joyce Abramson, 41, of the 1600 block of Southwest G Street, Grants Pass. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Saturday arrested Abramson on charges of delivery and possession of methamphetamine and six counts of failing to appear in court. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Saturday on $70,000 bail. Identity theft — Daniel Alan Baker, 23, of the 1400 block of Fourth Avenue, Gold Hill. A sheriff's deputy Saturday arrested Baker on charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree theft and four out-of-county warrants. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $53,000 bail. Warrant — Curtis Leroy Akers, 19, of the first block of Lewis Avenue, Medford. A sheriff's deputy Saturday arrested Akers on two warrants charging him with first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of third-degree sexual abuse and two probation violations. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $254,000 bail. Sex offender — Gordon Dean Partain, 53, of the 100 block of East Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Partain on charges of failing to register as a sex offender and indecency. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $25,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 2900 block of Far West Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday took a report in which a speaker box and an amplifier valued at $750 were stolen.
