Emergency services, Sept. 11 Sunday Sep 11, 2016 at 12:04 PM Felony arrests Drugs — James Ray Hall, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Hall Friday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Maria Louise Jones, 38, of the 100 block of Reager Street, Medford. Central point police arrested Jones Saturday on felony warrants charging methamphetamine possession and distribution, heroin possession and oxycodone possession, and on two warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous meth possession charges. She was booked in the jail Friday and released because of overcrowding. Vehicle Theft — Joshua David Powell, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Powell Saturday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and for violating his parole on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Luis Gerardo Garcia-Sanchez, 34, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Garcia-Sanchez Saturday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on a misdemeanor charge of recklessly endangering a minor. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $15,000 bail.   Crime report Theft — Medford police took a report of a stolen bicycle at 6:55 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Center Drive. The loss was valued at $3,500.
