Felony arrests Contraband Conspiracy — Michael Jonathan Barrett, 43, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Barrett Friday on additional felony charges of conspiring to supply contraband and conspiring to deliver heroin. Talent police originally arrested Barrett July 27 on misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing heroin, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempt to elude police on foot, interfering with police, resisting arrest, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and third-degree escape. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $595,000 bail. Weapons — Sedale Threets, 29, of the 2400 block of Finley Lane, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Threets Thursday on an additional felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm. MADGE officers originally arrested Threets Wednesday on felony charges of delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school and delivering and possessing heroin, and was later charged in Jackson County Circuit Court with a misdemeanor count of concealed possession of a firearm. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $100,000 bail. Drugs — Paul Estle Dean, 45, of the 600 block of East Archwood Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Dean Friday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing, delivering and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior supplying contraband conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Coercion — Justin Taylor Moser, 28, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. On Friday, Moser made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of coercion and for violating his probation on a prior harassment conviction. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Chantel L. Jones, 27, of Murphy. On Friday, Jones made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Joshua Thomas Harrison, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Harrison Friday on a felony charge of possessing cocaine, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous driving under the influence of intoxicants charge. He was lodged in jail Friday on $12,500 bail. Contraband — Dyana Michelle Rodrigues, 40, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Rodrigues Friday on felony charges of supplying contraband, delivering and possessing heroin, and on out-of-county warrants for possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon. She was lodged in jail Friday on $36,500 bail. Drugs — Dustin John Bell, 43, no known address. Central Point police arrested Bell Friday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, interfering with police and concealed possession of a knife, and for violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a weapon conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Crime reports Theft — 2100 block of Harrison Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen Husqvarna backpack blower and Tanaka weed eater at 3:21 p.m. Thursday. The loss was valued at $600. Vandalism — 2100 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a door at 5:59 p.m. Thursday. The damage was valued at $1,898. Theft — 300 block of Boardman Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 9:31 p.m. Thursday. A white backpack with blue-green starbursts and a black dual blade knife were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $580. Theft — 1200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen iPhone 7 Plus at 3:45 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $1,000. Theft — 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 6:04 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included miscellaneous music CDs, a pink and brown leather wallet with cross, silver certificates and gift certificates. The loss was valued at $1,640. Theft — First block of East Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft from a vehicle at 7:43 a.m. Friday. A men’s Sixthreezero beach cruiser bike was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $300. Theft — 400 block of Bowmont Circle, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:22 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a Disney wallet and prescription medication. The loss was valued at $195. Theft — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft and vandalism to a travel trailer at 10:38 a.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included a 24-inch flat screen TV, vehicle batteries and battery terminals. The loss and damage was valued at $975. Theft — South Oakdale and Stewart avenues, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen amplifier from a vehicle at 2:04 p.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $400. Vandalism — 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a chain link fence at 2:57 p.m. Friday. The damage was valued at $200. Theft — 3100 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen purse at 5:38 p.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $50.
