Medford police Monday arrested Rock on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous vehicle-theft conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail on without bail. Drugs — Rocky Allen Rockwell, 22, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Rockwell on a charge of possession of heroin as well as a warrant charging him with probation violation on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail on $33,000 bail. Drugs — Joshua Lee Mast, 34, of the 200 block of Mallory Lane, Shady Cove. Medford police Monday arrested Mast on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a custody-violation warrant. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail.
