Felony arrests Drugs — Edward James Thomas Torsney, 27, of the 2400 block of Highway 99, Ashland. Medford police arrested Torsney Monday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail. Sex Offender — Craig Weldon Gee, 65, of the 400 block of Lani Way, Talent. Talent police arrested Gee Monday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and on a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing. Burglary — Jeremy Gabriel Robison, 40, of Weed, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robison Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Burglary — Jamie Lea DeSavedo, 37, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested DeSavedo Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary, possessing methamphetamine and supplying contraband, and for violating her parole on a prior unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. She remained lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Anthony James Lucas, 50, of the 600 block of Northwood Drive, Medford. On Tuesday, Lucas made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of delivering and possessing cocaine. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Assault — Jonathan Joseph Johnson, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Johnson Tuesday on felony warrants charging him with first- and second-degree robbery, second-degree assault and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $1 million bail. Theft — Kevin Bradley Schauer, 23, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Schauer Tuesday on five felony counts of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor warrant charging him with second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $55,000 bail. Burglary — Emillio Alfonso Rojelio Sims, 27, no known address. Talent police arrested Sims Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, second-degree theft and violating a no-contact order, and on a detainer for a strangulation charge. He remained lodged in the jail Tuesday without bail. Crime reports Theft — 900 block of Birmingham Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:10 a.m. Monday. Prescription medication valued at $21 was reported stolen. Burglary — 400 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 8:19 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included roughly 15 metal pocket watches, signed pictures of San Francisco 49ers players, a black Toshiba laptop, a black Lenovo laptop, a white computer tablet and three small pocket knives with pictures of wolves, deer and waterfowl. The loss was valued at $3,860. Theft — 4500 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 10:13 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included marinated chicken, frozen steaks and two boxes of forks. The loss and damage to a chain and cable was valued at $300. Theft — 2000 block of Sunset Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 10:50 a.m. Monday. Items reported stolen included two emergency survival packs and miscellaneous paperwork. The loss was valued at $91. Vandalism — 500 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 1:03 p.m. Monday. Damage was reported to both rear-view mirrors and an antenna on the vehicle. The loss was valued at $100. Burglary — 900 block of Reddy Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a residence at 7:09 a.m. Tuesday. An aqua blue bicycle was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $800. Theft — 1500 block of Kenyon Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 11:43 a.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included six moving boxes containing clothing and decorations, and roughly $15 worth of gasoline siphoned from the vehicle’s fuel tank. The loss was valued at $315. Vandalism — First Block of North Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a kicked vehicle door and fender at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $1,207. Vandalism — 2800 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a scratched vehicle door at 12:41 p.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $1,000. Vandalism — 2100 block of Kings Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 2:01 p.m. Tuesday. Damage to a rear driver-side window was valued at $350.
