Friday, 2:40 p.m — Police arrested a man on a probation violation detention warrant in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 5:39 p.m. — Police received a report of a shoplift from Ashland Food Co-op in the 200 block of North First Street. Friday, 8:21 p.m. — Police arrested a woman on a warrant and for possession of methamphetamine in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Friday, 9:20 p.m. — Police arrested a man on a detainer and for first-degree trespass in the 700 block of Iowa Street. Saturday, 12:40 a.m. — Police received a report of an assault in the 300 block of West Nevada Street. Saturday, 3:19 a.m. — Police arrested a female on three warrants in the 0 block of Morton Street.
