Emergency services, Nov. 2 By Mail Tribune staff Nov 02, 2022 01:30 PM A A Felony arrests Weapons — Christopher Joseph Baker, 31, of the 1900 block of Homeview Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Baker Monday on a felony charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and no longer an inmate as of Wednesday. Assault — Andrew Julio Booth, 33, of the 1000 block of South Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Booth Monday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was later charged in Jackson County Circuit Court with an added count of harassment. He was held in jail Wednesday. Strangulation — Dawn Estelle Brumble, 52, of the 1700 block of Kaufman Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Brumble Monday on a charge of felony strangulation constituting domestic violence. She was held in jail Wednesday. Burglary — Juan Pablo Jaime Martinez, 41, of Klamath Falls. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martinez Monday on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in jail Monday and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Destructive device — Joseph Michael Ponce, 41, of the 100 block of Elm Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ponce Monday on charges of unlawfully manufacturing a destructive device, unlawfully possessing a destructive device and menacing constituting domestic violence. He was held in jail Wednesday. Mail theft — Casey Miles Thompson, 44, of the 600 block of Shadow Wood Drive Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Thompson Monday on warrants charging him with mail theft, second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, a contempt of court charge and for failing to appear in court for violating his probation on a misdemeanor methamphetamine possession conviction. He was booked in jail Monday and no longer an inmate as of Wednesday. Vehicle theft — Aida Iveliz Caraballo, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Caraballo Tuesday on warrants charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, for violating her probation on prior misdemeanor convictions for possessing heroin and methamphetamine and on a Florida felony fugitive warrant. She was held in jail Wednesday. Vehicle theft — James Harley David, 35, of the 200 block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police arrested David Tuesday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior second-degree assault conviction. He was additionally charged in Circuit Court Tuesday on an added count of second-degree criminal mischief. He was held in jail Wednesday. Elude — Ted Bishop Jensen, 40, of the 600 block of Catherine Street, Medford. Medford police arrested arrested Jensen Tuesday on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked and reckless driving. He was booked in jail Tuesday and no longer an inmate as of Wednesday.
