Suspect sought in Peach Street Market robbery Thursday Feb 22, 2018 at 12:56 PM Feb 22, 2018 at 3:45 PM Local report Medford police asking for tips to find a man who brandished a knife at clerk during a west Medford store robbery attempt last night. At about 9:47 p.m. Wednesday, a suspect with a knife wearing a red-and-white multicolored bandana entered the Peach Street Market and demanded money from the register, according to a release issued by Medford police. The clerk immediately called 911, but the suspect jumped over the counter and intercepted the phone before disconnecting the call. The clerk then ran out of the store, yelling for help.  The suspect followed the victim outside before fleeing on foot empty-handed. The suspect is described as a skinny, blue-eyed, fair-skinned man in his early 20s, about 5-foot 11-inches tall, who was wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt with white drawstrings, jeans, red-and-white shoes and a red-and-white multicolored bandana.
