Emergency Services, May 21 By Mail Tribune staff May 21, 2021 08:00 AM A A Felony arrests Drugs — Jeremy Kyle Gibson, 36, of the 200 block of West First Street, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Gibson Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, manufacturing, delivering and possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest, misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, manufacturing, delivering and possessing meth, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, hit-and-run property damage, reckless driving and for violating his parole on a prior conviction for driving while suspended or revoked. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail. Contraband — Alicia Marie Gunn, 29, 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Gunn Wednesday on two felony counts of supplying contraband, misdemeanor charges of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of first-degree assault. She was held in jail Thursday on $750,000 bail. Drugs — Mario Daniel Alcauter-Villa, 29, of the 100 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Alcauter-Villa Thursday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin. He was held in jail Thursday on $510,000 bail. Assault — Christian Anthony Broom, 21, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Broom Thursday on felony charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and aggravated harassment, misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief, harassment and contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. He was held in jail Thursday on $27,500 bail. Theft — Sean Saipani Eli, 29, of the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Eli Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft and misdemeanor warrants charging him with second-degree criminal mischief and violating his probation on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction. He was additionally charged in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday with felony counts of second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief and an added misdemeanor count of third-degree theft. He was held in jail Thursday on $10,000 bail. Sexual Abuse — Daniel Martin Hernandez, 30, of the 8600 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. Medford police arrested Hernandez Thursday on two felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse and a misdemeanor charge of private indecency. He was held in jail Thursday on $505,000 bail. Identity Theft — Gabriel Eduardo Ponce, 26, of the 1100 block of Coachman Drive, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ponce Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with identity theft and misdemeanor warrants charging him with second-degree forgery, second-degree theft and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree theft conviction. Assault — Josh Smith, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Smith Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree assault. He was held in jail Thursday on $100,000 bail. Theft — Blake Robert Wallace, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Wallace Thursday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft, and misdemeanor warrants charging him with unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and failing to appear in court on a separate meth possession charge. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
