Medford police Monday added five counts of second-degree burglary, five counts of second-degree theft and four counts of first-degree theft to Caucutt, who was originally lodged Thursday at the Jackson County Jail. Caucutt remained lodged in jail Monday without bail. Drugs — Robin Sophia Kigel, 19, of the 2700 block of Scenic Drive, Ashland. Ashland police Monday added a count of possession of amphetamines to Kigel, who was originally lodged Friday at the Jackson County Jail. She remained lodged in jail Monday without bail. Assault — John Leroy Jennings, 27, of the 400 block of Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Jennings on two counts each of second-degree assault and menacing. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail in lieu of more than $2 million bail. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 128 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 230 inmates. Of those, 45 were released before their scheduled court appearances, 34 were granted an early release from a sentence and 49 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
