Emergency services, April 21 By Mail Tribune staff Apr 21, 2021 08:00 AM A A Felony arrests Criminal Mischief — Jessy Eugene Cullmer, 43, of the 400 block of Old Crater Lake Highway, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Cullmer Monday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior weapon use conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail. Arson — Melvin James Dehart, 46, of the 500 block of South Central Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dehart Monday on a felony charge of first-degree arson and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was held in jail Tuesday on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Joel Rivera-Villa, 24, of Stockton, California. Medford police arrested Rivera-Villa Monday on felony charges of delivering and possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine. He was held in jail Tuesday on $57,500 bail. Theft — Aaron Leon Berry, 42, no known address. Medford police arrested Berry Tuesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Tuesday.
