Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Flick Thursday on two felony counts of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and a misdemeanor count of second-degree trespassing. She was held in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Weapon use — Michael David Chavez, 46, no known address. On Friday, Chavez made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a new felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon. Chavez has been held in jail since July 15 for first-degree arson. He was held in jail Saturday without bail. Strangulation — Kirk Joseph Gallup, 38, of the 14600 block of Antelope Road, White City. On Friday, Gallup made a court appearance on a felony charge of strangulation constituting domestic violence. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Gallup Thursday on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was held in jail Saturday on $75,000 bail.
