Dusenberry, 47, of the 100 block of North Second Street, Ashland. Medford police added charges of first-degree theft, second-degree theft, two counts of second- degree criminal mischief, three counts of second-degree trespassing and four counts of unauthorized entry into a vehicle. Dusenberry was lodged in Jackson County Jail Tuesday on warrants and remained there Friday night on $46,000 bail. Eluding — Kent Royal Vergara, 25, of the 4500 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Vergara Thursday night on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail, then released Friday when he posted cash on $8,000 bail. Drugs — Pedro Maganas-Villa, 29, of the 3800 block of Avenue C, White City. Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Maganas-Villa on Friday on charges of possessing amphetamines and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Theft — Edi Ismael Constanza-Constanza, 23, of the 400 block of Eunice Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Constanza-Constanza Friday on charges of identity theft, first- degree possession of a forged instrument and being an illegal alien. He was lodged in jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — 2100 block of Hill Way, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of a theft of a gold 1984 Mercury Cougar with Oregon license plate RAN 007. Burglary — 300 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of someone breaking a window to get into a home and steal a Toshiba television valued at $250. Theft — 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of a theft of a cream 1984 Toyota Camry with Oregon license plate NVT 561. Car clouts — Ashland. At least three car break-ins were reported Friday to Ashland police. Thieves damaged the windows of several vehicles and took loose items such as cell phones and compact discs from the vehicle they could get into, police said. A wave of similar crimes have been reported throughout the Rogue Valley in recent weeks.
