A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Charlton on charges of first-degree theft, possession of amphetamines and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Thursday night on $16,000 bail. Theft — Jessie Lee Boyd, 22, of the 600 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Boyd made his initial appearance Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Michael Jack Garman, 20, of the 19500 block of Highway 62, Eagle Point. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Garman on charges of possession of amphetamines, driving under the influence of intoxicants and violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Bindhu Madhava Lang, 23, of Arcata, Calif. Lang made his initial appearance Thursday in Circuit Court on charges of delivery of amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jodi Lyn Perkins, 38, of the 8900 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Perkins made her initial appearance Thursday in Circuit Court on charges of possession of amphetamines and failure to perform duties of a driver. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Patsy Joann Richardson, 54, of the 600 block of Northwood Drive, Medford. Richardson made her initial appearance Thursday in Circuit Court on charges of possession of marijuana and endangering a minor. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Arthur Eugene Driver Jr., 36, of the 300 block of South Orange Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Driver on charges of possession of amphetamines and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Jeremy Lee Stone, 26, of the 700 block of Sherman Street, Medford. Stone made his initial appearance Thursday in Circuit Court on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 500 block of Industrial Circle, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Thursday of a theft of $25,000 worth of gold from a business.
